How to create an anti bullying project
For any anti bullying project you will need to work with others that also want to defeat bullying. Friends, peers, parents and teachers can all help. All students deserve to be happy, school should be a place where students can feel safe. School has to be stressful enough but without fear of being bullied.

Teenagers that are bullied can end up missing hours, if not days of valuable education. They may not do the best that they actually can and completely lose self confidence and belief. By creating an anti bullying project in your school, you can start having a positive effect against bullying.
You may not offer the perfect solution that will end all bullying,
however, by standing up you are already making a difference and giving a voice to anyone who has been or is being bullied. Creating an anti bullying project:
(1) Recruit volunteers. the more people you can find to stand up against bullying, bigger will be your anti bullying project and the stronger your message will sound.
(2) Work together with teachers and members of the school to create more visibility in any area that has been identified as a
bullying hot-spot. Target these areas with anti bullying posters and
encourage anyone that is being bullied to report it.
(3) Create a clear message that will empower students to seek help, make it easy to report bullying, have regular meetings where students can give feedback and create a simple set of rules to
follow, should anyone become a victim of bullying. Start with
something that empowers the victim to be able to ask the bully to stop. End it with something that allows the student to safely report it to a responsible adult or teacher.
(4) Take Action. If any bullying is observed, it should be intervened immediately. Remind the bully that this school is a bully-free zone, the incident should then be recorded in the Bully Record. It would be wise to urge the victim to speak up to you or another member of the group should he be bullied again. Once you have the anti bullying project in place, you should start to see a reduction in the number of bullying incidents that happen at your school.
