पार्थ समथान यौन उत्पीड़न मामले में मॉडल सुष्मिता चक्रबर्ती खुल कर सामने आयीं, कहा- मुझे न्याय मिलेगा
सुष्मिता ने साफ़ कर दिया है कि वो अब पीछे नहीं हटेंगी। वो एक पढ़े लिखे परिवार से हैं और अपने अधिकार के लिए लड़ना जानती हैं। सुष्मिता को विश्वास है कि उन्हें न्याय मिलेगा।
मुंबई। छोटे परदे के शो कैसी ये यारियां से लोकप्रिय हुए पार्थ समथान पर यौन शोषण का आरोप लगाने वाली मॉडल सुष्मिता चक्रबर्ती अब खुल कर सामने आ गयी हैं। उन्होंने आधिकारिक रूप से एक बयान जारी किया है। इस बयान में सुष्मिता ने साफ़ कर दिया है कि वो पुलिस में दर्ज कराया गया अपना केस वापस नहीं लेंगी और उन्हें विश्वास है कि उनके साथ न्याय होगा।
गौरतलब है कि 20 साल की इस मॉडल ने मुंबई के बांगुर नगर पुलिस स्टेशन में पार्थ के खिलाफ एफ आई आर दर्ज करवाई है जिसमें मॉडल ने पार्थ पर यौन शोषण का आरोप लगाया है। पुलिस ने आई पी सी की धारा 354 ए के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है। सुष्मिता ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि- "मेरे और पार्थ समथान के बीच पैसे को लेकर कोई विवाद नहीं था। मैं उसे चार साल से जानती हूं। पार्थ ने इस दौरान कई बार मुझे प्रपोज़ किया है लेकिन मैंने बड़ी ही विनम्रता से हर बार मना कर दिया।"

सुष्मिता ने अपने बयान में आगे कहा कि- " मुझे कोई दिक्कत नहीं है कि पार्थ के ग्रुप की लड़कियां उसके साथ किस हद तक जाती हैं, पर मेरे कुछ अपने मूल्य और सिद्धांत हैं। एक बार एक पार्टी से लौटने के दौरान शराब के नशे में पार्थ ने मेरे साथ बदसलूकी की, उस घटना के बाद मैंने उससे कांटेक्ट तोड़ दिया। बाद में वो माफ़ी मांगने लगा तो मैंने उसे माफ भी कर दिया। लेकिन, उसके बाद मैंने देखा कि मुझे अलग-अलग लोगों के फोन आने लगे जो काफी शर्मनाक और बेइज्ज़ती भरे होते थे। मुझे मालूम हुआ कि कोई है जो मेरा नंबर सबको बांट रहा है। पार्थ उस समय ऐसे दिखा रहे थे जैसे कि वो मेरी मदद कर रहे हों। पर सच तो यह था कि ये सब बदला लेने के लिए वो ही कर रहे थे।"

सुष्मिता आगे कहती हैं कि- " जनवरी के आखिरी सप्ताह में एक बार फिर उन्होंने मेरे साथ बदसलूकी की इस बार मेरी मां मेरी ताकत बनीं और मैंने एफआईआर कराना बेहतर समझा। बाद में पार्थ के माफीनामे के साथ मेरे केस को वापस लेने का मुझ पर दबाव भी डाला गया। लेकिन, मैं अपना केस वापस नहीं लूंगी। इन लोगों का यही तरीका है कि भोली-भाली और कम उम्र की लड़कियों का शोषण करना। लेकिन, मैं चुप नहीं रहूंगी। " सुष्मिता ने यह भी कहा कि जब वो नहीं झुकीं तो उन लोगों ने उन्हें बदनाम करने की कोशिशें शुरू कर दीं। उन्होंने ऑनलाइन सुष्मिता की तस्वीरें तक लीक कीं।

There was no dispute between me and parth samthaan on any financial matter . As a matter of fact I have known him for more than 4 years . Parth has in many occasions tried to propose me but not for a relationship but having a good time . Which I have very politely turned down. It might cool in his group for women to sleep around with him and I have no issues with other girls and the choices they make but I have different value system . After returning from a party in an alcoholics state parth misbehaved with me . After which I stopped contact with for sometime and he really apologised and as we have friends for years I decided to forgive the behaviour but soon after that I started getting insulting and shameful calls from boys who would want favours from me . Someone was sharing my number with people . Parth actually tried to show that he is helping me but in reality he was the one out of vengeance doing it . His whatsapp controversy where they made a group called whores and more whores . Where he shared details about women . And his voice notes are available . The voice notes clearly mention me and him stating that I have a bad character and I am easy . Last week of January the last time I met him he again misbehaved with me and I informed my mother who Than gave me strength to file the FiR . Yes there was a lot of pressure from my family for this case might go public with him being an actor and we almost were discussing to take the case back with him giving a written apology but I realised that it's not just me the other women in the group targeted were as old as 16 years old . These actors target young girls and than share their details so that they can be exploited . Just because I dint give in. I was targeted and my reputation was put at stake . I am not taking any case back and I will fight it till the end . They have leaked my pictures online revealed my name . I will not be slut shamed into taking the fir back . I come from an educated family and I know when someone is right no matter what difficulties will come if stand by the truth . I will get justice .
