इसमें उनका बेटा उनके पैरो की मसाज कर रहा है। इस वीडियो में शिल्पा को बेड पर लेटे हुए देखा जा सकता है और उनका बेटा उनके बगल में बैठा है। वह उन्हें मालिश देने के लिए कहती है, जिसे वह समर्पित होकर करता है। शिल्पा उसे बार्टर डील के रूप में केक बनाकर देने का वादा करती है।

शिल्पा ने लिखा, 'मुझे पता नहीं था कि मेरी मां यह शूट कर रही थी... लेकिन वह इस तरह के अनमोल क्षण को कैमरे में कैद करने में सफल रही। इस वीडियो को देखकर मुझे यह एहसास हुआ कि बच्चे एक आशीर्वाद है और आपके बच्चे के साथ बातचीत भी महत्वपूर्णहै। बच्चे आपके दोस्त भी हो सकते हैl आज मैं अपने बच्चे के लिए आभारी हूं, जो सभी का सम्मान करता है, इतनी कोमल उम्र में भी समझदार है। मैं उसके साथ सभी खाने का आनंद लेती हूं। इसके अलावा इस मुश्किल घड़ी में पड़े सभी माता-पिता और बच्चों के लिए एक विशेष प्रार्थना। हम सभी पहले से अधिक मजबूत बनेंगे।'
