Richa Chaddha On Womens Equality: रिचा ने महिलाओं के सम्मान में शेयर किया ये पोस्ट, लिखा- 'मैं इन्हें सलाम करती हूं'

नई दिल्ली, जेएनएन। इनसाइडर और आउटसाइडर की बहस के बीच रिचा चड्ढा ने महिलाओं को समान अधिकार देने की बात कही है। हाल ही में महिला समानता दिवस मनाया गया था। इस मौके पर रिचा ने अपने इंस्टाग्राम पर एक वीडियो पोस्ट कर उन महिलाओं को सम्मान दिया, जो पुरुष प्रधान हिंदी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में प्रथम बनीं। साल 1983 की अकादमी अवॉर्ड्स में भानु अथैया को अपनी फिल्म 'गांधी’ के लिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ कॉस्ट्यूम अवार्ड से नवाजा गया था। वहीं जानी-मानी फिल्म एडिटर रेणु सलूजा को भी अकादमी अवॉर्ड से सम्मानित किया गया।

रिचा इस वीडियो में गुनीत मोंगा, जोया अख्तर, रीमा कागती, दीपिका पादुकोण, अनुष्का शर्मा सहित अन्य महिलाओं के संघर्षों का वर्णन किया, जिन्होंने अपनी जगह बनाने के लिए पितृसत्तामक समाज के नियमों को तोड़ा और अपनी जगह बनाई। इंस्टाग्राम पर एक पोस्ट में उन्होंने लिखा, 'मैं अपनी इंडस्ट्री की हर उस इनोवेटर को सलाम करती हूं, जिन्होंने मुश्किल परिस्थितियों के बावजूद अपना मुकाम हासिल किया है। महिलाएं निर्देशन, लेखन, कैमरा, निर्माण, कास्टिंग निर्देशन, अभिनय, फोटोग्राफी हर क्षेत्र में हैं। महिलाओं का प्रतिशत और भागीदारी कैमरे के पीछे और सामने तेजी से बढ़ रही है। सशक्त महिलाएं अन्य महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाती हैं’।

‘जिन महिलाओं के साथ मैंने काम किया है, उन सभी की मैं प्रशंसा करती हूं। आपकी पसंदीदा कई और महिलाएं भी हो सकती हैं, जो इस सूची में शामिल नहीं हैं। आप निराश और नाराज न हों। उन्हें टैग करें, धन्यवाद दें और अपना और मेरा प्यार भेजें। शनिवार को रिचा ने राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस के मौके पर क्रिकेट पर आधारित अपनी वेबसीरीज 'इनसाइड एज’ का वीडियो जारी किया। साथ ही बताया कि इसका तीसरा सीजन जल्द आएगा।

Today is women’s equality day. I want to salute every trailblazer from our industry that has achieved something despite the circumstances. Their very existence is a source of inspiration for so many. Directors, screenwriters, cinematographers, producers, casting directors, actors, comics photographers! Yes the discussion on gender parity, pay parity, sexual harassment at the workplace is long overdue... but today I just want to say thanks to my fellow colleagues, because the percentage and participation of women both in front of and behind the camera has been growing steadily.
