जानें क्यों हुआ मधुबाला-दिलीप कुमार की प्रेम कहानी का दुखद अंत

नई दिल्ली, जेएनएनl फिल्म एक्ट्रेस मधुबाला और दिलीप कुमार की प्रेम कहानी बहुत चर्चा में रही हैं। 'संगदिल’, 'अमर’ और' मुगल-ए-आज़म’ जैसी फिल्मों में रोमांस करने के बाद मधुबाला और दिलीप कुमार के बीच नौ साल लंबा अफेयर चला और यहां तक कि सगाई भी हो गई थीं।

अब उनके अफेयर के बारे में मधुबाला की बहन मधुर भूषण ने एक इंटरव्यू में फिल्मफेयर को बताया था, 'उनकी बहन कस्टम के रूप में चुन्नी लेकर आई थी। भाईजान भी पठान थे। रिपोर्टों के विपरीत मेरे पिता ने उन्हें शादी करने से कभी नहीं रोका। हमारे पास पहले से ही बहुत था और सुरक्षित थे। आपा और भाईजान एक दूसरे के लिए बने हुए थे। भाईजान अक्सर घर आते थे। उन्होंने मुझे स्कूल ड्रेस में भी देखा है। वह हम बच्चों के प्रति सम्मान रखते थे और हमें 'आप' कहकर संबोधित करते थे। दोनों ड्राइव पर जाते थे या कमरे में बैठकर बात करते थे।'

Both hero and heroine didn't even attend the grand premiere of #Mughaleazam. Seeing the mounting bills, is reported that the producers even got the famous actor directed #sohrabmodi on board but modi declined after two or three days. He felt he was no match to Asif’s whimsical genius. I doubt if in today’s day and age filmmakers will have the nerve to carry on a film for 10 long years. Such was the dedication and passion. What you cannot is the fusion of artistry, craftsmanship, excellent set design, the best lines of dialogue ever and unforgettable music and landmark performances. Call it labour of love which stretched over ten years, a film of this spectacle is unthinkable today. Just the passion of one man #KAsif to keep going for a decade. Asif passed away when he was barely 48. So one is guessing he made movie when he was in his early 30s. Madhubala was barely 27 and she pitched in her life's best performance. Hitherto known for her blithe roles, you can see what a great actor she actually was. Despite its super success she never worked in another film again. Though other films of hers released later. She did try to work in another film Chaalak with Raj kapoor but collapsed on the set. It is said her anguish in the jail portions was real. The pain of being separated from her loved one and the gradual ebbing away of her health makes the performance a bit too real. Never has such a beautiful and consummate Anarkali graced the Indian screen again. And when Dilip Kumar says his lines of dialogue it literally is like pearls get strewn all around. #MughaleAzam is arguably Indian Cinema's finest motion picture to date.

हालांकि बहुत ज्यादा प्यार करने वाले कपल का ब्रेकअप हो गया। मधुर ने शेयर किया, 'दिलीप कुमार के साथ ब्रेकअप 50 के दशक के मध्य में नया दौर (1957) के दौरान कोर्ट केस के कारण आया था। यूनिट को ग्वालियर में कहीं शूट करना था। इसी स्थान पर एक अन्य फिल्म 'जबीन जलील' की शूटिंग के दौरान, एक भीड़ ने महिलाओं पर हमला किया था और उनके कपड़े भी फाड़ दिए थे। मेरे पिता सावधान हो गए थे और वह लोकेशन बदलने की मांग कर रहे थे। वह उसे बाहर जाने नहीं रोक रहे थे। आपा पहले महाबलेश्वर, हैदराबाद और अन्य स्थानों पर शूटिंग कर चुकी थी।'

वह आगे कहती है, 'भाईजान ने मेरे पिता को अदालत में तानाशाह कहा और चोपड़ा (स्वर्गीय बीआर चोपड़ा निर्देशक थे) का पक्ष लिया। दरारे पड़ गई, रिश्ते टूट गए। उन्होंने सुलह करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआl आपा उन दिनों बहुत रोती थी। उन्होंने फोन पर पैचअप करने की कोशिश भी की होगी। वह कहते रहे, 'अपने पिता को छोड़ दो, मैं तुमसे शादी करूंगा' वह कहती रही, 'मैं तुमसे शादी कर लूंगी, लेकिन घर आकर सॉरी कह दों और उन्हें गले लगा लों।' यह जिद थी, जिसने उनके प्यार को बर्बाद कर दिया। लेकिन मेरे पिता ने उनसे सगाई तोड़ने के लिए कभी नहीं कहा और न ही उन्होंने माफी की मांग की।'
