कश्मीरा ने टीवी सीरियल अम्बर धरा से कैरियर शुरू किया था। इसके बाद उन्होंने दोस्ती... यारियां... मनमर्जियां समेत कई टीवी शो में काम किया। आखिरी बार वह 2015 में टीवी शो में नजर आई थीं। इसके बाद कश्मीरा ने रंगून, पीके जैसी फिल्मों में छोटे किरदार निभाए। कश्मीरा बताती हैं कि टाइगर जिंदा है में उनका सलमान के साथ कोई सीन नहीं था, लेकिन भारत में उन्हें सलमान के साथ स्क्रीन शेयर करने का मौका मिला है। किरदार छोटा है लेकिन दमदार है। उन्होंने बताया कि भारत के रोल के लिए मुकेश की टीम से फोन आया था। स्क्रीन टेस्ट हुआ और फिल्म में रोल मिल गया।

कश्मीरा का कहना है कि उन्हें शूटिंग में बहुत मजा आया। इससे पहले एक इंटरव्यू के दौरान कश्मीरा ने कहा था कि मुझे खुशी है कि मैं सलमान को भाई बुला सकी। ऐसा मौका कम ही लोगों को मिलता है। मुझे यह मौका मिला और मुझे इसकी खुशी है।
