Aditya Pancholi Got Anticipatory Bail: एक्ट्रेस से दुष्कर्म मामले में आदित्य पंचोली को मिली अग्रिम जमानत!

नई दिल्ली, जेएनएनl फिल्म अभिनेता आदित्य पंचोली तमाम गलत कारणों से सुर्खियों में बने हुए हैं। वह इस समय अपने खिलाफ दर्ज एक यौन दुष्कर्म के मामले के कारण खबरों में हैं। एक ए-लिस्ट बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस ने आदित्य पंचोली के खिलाफ यौन दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज किया हैl इसमें कहा गया है कि उस एक्ट्रेस से 2004 से 2009 तक पंचोली द्वारा परेशान किया गया था।

अब इस मामले में एक नया अपडेट आया हैl इसमें कहा गया है कि आदित्य पंचोली ने इस मामले में गिरफ्तारी से पूर्व जमानत हासिल कर ली है। आदित्य ने गिरफ्तारी से पहले जमानत के लिए आवेदन किया थाl इसे दिंडोशी सेशन कोर्ट ने अनुमति दे दी है।

At the time, I met and informed senior police officer Bipin Bihari about the incident. Between 2004 to 2005, I [moved] to [a] Pallavi Apartment with my aunt. Pancholi would come to that flat all the time with his friends and get forcefully physical with me. Every time, he would carry some medicine to spike my drinks. I used to feel dizzy after having them. He locked me in whenever he left my apartment. He would also assault me. He would give me drugs and click my photos; at the time, he used to get MDMA and ecstasy." आदित्य पंचोली के खिलाफ जून में भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 376 (बलात्कार), 323 (हमला), 328 (जहर के माध्यम से चोट पहुंचाना) और 384 (जबरन वसूली) के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था। अभिनेत्री ने अपनी शिकायत में खुलासा किया था कि उस पर आरोपी आदित्य पंचोली ने हमला किया गया थाl जिसने उससे पैसे भी मांगे थे। शिकायत में एक्ट्रेस ने स्पष्ट रूप से दावा किया कि आदित्य पंचोली ने उससे 1 करोड़ रुपये मांगे और नहीं देने पर उनकी निजी तस्वीरों को सार्वजनिक कर देने की धमकी दी थीं।

आदित्य के वकील प्रशांत पाटिल ने अपने बचाव में तर्क दिया था कि अभिनेत्री ने उनकी जन्मतिथि का उल्लेख गलत किया है। जब वह पंचोली के साथ रिश्ते में थी तब वह नाबालिग नहीं थी और इसलिए सभी आरोप अस्पष्ट हैं। यह उसके पासपोर्ट में उल्लिखित जन्म तिथि के आधार पर है। इससे पहले आदित्य पंचोली ने उक्त अभिनेत्री के खिलाफ मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर किया थाl

जिसमें मजिस्ट्रेट ने उनके पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया था। आदित्य पंचोली ने अब तक अभिनेत्री द्वारा लगाए गए सभी आरोपों का खंडन किया है और कहा है कि उन्हें झूठे मामले में फंसाया गया है।
